Booking, Payment and Conditions


Once your booking dates have been confirmed by me, a deposit by cheque or bank transfer of £120 is required for confirmation. The payment balance is due in cash on arrival, bank transfer or by cheque, 4 weeks in advance, prior to the start of your holiday at Fronhaul.

It is imperative that you inform us immediately if you need to cancel your booking.  Any bookings cancelled due to unemployment through redundancy, jury service, occupational posting, illness and pregnancy must be documented with a document or a Doctor’s Certificate. In case I can rebook for the period, you will receive a full refund of your payment, less £30 for administration costs, otherwise you will be charged 25% for each week in increasing figures, i.e.: 4 weeks prior to your date 25%, 3 weeks prior 50%, 2 weeks prior 75% and one week prior 100%.  Should this need arise, please talk to me and we will search for an amicable arrangement, including rebooking at a later date.


Breakages/Cleaning deposit


We don’t request this, contrary to some, but expect you to respect our property, let us know of any mishaps and depart leaving your cottage in a “broom clean condition”.  For any insurance claims, you are advised to check your own insurance cover as we do not provide any covering for you, except public liability.
